Is the confirmatory trial a postmarketing trial? If it is I imagine we do not get the FDA approval milestone payment however atleast the product could still be marketed.
My issue is Starpharma mentioned this will delay the product entering the US market and therefore suggests the confirmatory trial is not a postmarketing trial.
