That is not cynical Barnacles - it is to the point. I think if there was positivity in the FDA story then SPL would have accentuated the positive.
Clarity not come through to me when I read the announcement. As a number of posters allude it is unclear - this equals uncertainty which generally means sell now just to preserve capital.
Of course if we were told 'exactly' what the story was then buy/sell decisions are put in place based on fact and clarity.
Disappointing reporting by this BOD.
