So adding to my post above that would mean that once this ridiculous case is thrown out by this woman then the deal is on again and should go through. No court in the world can uphold this woman claims, as a shareholder you can vote against a company proposals but at the end of the day the majority rules. If this woman's claim is upheld it would send a precedent around the world where minority stakeholders can block decisions so it cant happen her case will be thrown out. So what does that mean when it is are we back on as normal or are there other triggers that allow MMK to pull out?
