GSW has provided an amazing insight into the art of investor perception. In December over a 19 day period they made the following announcements:

* GetSwift Signs Global Agreement with Amazon
* Update on Amazon
* GetSwift Enters New Vertical - USA First Responders
* CBA and GetSwift Update
* Toast and GetSwift sign Partnership Agreement
Then they were hit with the please explain from the ASX. That was in January and they finally relisted on 19/2 after a number of response to ASX updates. It has now been 2 months since and they have only announced once with any progress content, that being the required half year report. In that the only real update they gave was:
The Company is also in the process of implementing customised solutions for a number of major enterprises which by virtue of their size and complexity will take some time to become revenue generating or may potentially result in a decision not to proceed.
A complete and utter shift in announcement style and subsequently a share price just 1/10th of its heady heights. It just shows how much management can influence a share price. Lessons learnt for sure.
