The only way this can be achieved is via

1). Consolidation 1 for 10 then the new issue.

2). Convertible note facility/loan but the interest at 8% would crush CVI.

3). Straight out placement to be used as per TMT's suggestion - which at these levels makes complete sense in terms of the current capital structure and 'manufactured imo' liquidity.

160m+ shares takes it to 1.4c closing at 1.2c yesterday
40m+ shares brings it back to 1c today.

lol.

Whichever way either a heavy new placement or consolidation is about to occur imo OR my earlier call of one final p n'd before CVI are on their last tim tams imo.
