this post I quote got no thumbs up but I found it v interesting
says the local jv partner put there name to it
I noticed also that as I understand it
al hadeetha the local partner loaned the jv $2m
whereas in the past all of the money was put in by alara
(hopefully to be repaid by the partner out of future profits)
if this is true, it adds to the turnaround story.
