Interestingly they ( SF1 ) actually went into suspension on 5th August some 8 weeks before their stated ' Acquisition ' date of Wednesday 30th September.

Interesting as well that AJM went into voluntary suspension 1 week later on Wednesday 12th August and giving it's reasons as ' regarding changes to it's financing arrangements ' - Coincidence ....

(a) The reason for the request is pending an announcement in relation to a material acquisition(Announcement).

(b)The Company requests the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of thecommencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 September 2020, or the Companyreleases the Announcement.
