And that is why Westfarmers would have in part taken into considerations in their respective Lithium acquisition. It all comes into play with respects to the appropriate deal. And that's why FMG or the like may consider it as well. Although shareholders in a Group like FMG may not like it due the Companies current commitment to dividend payout ratio's .......but Wesfarmers made it's move AFTER it declared its special divi plus it's normal distribution.
