I decided to give Aurora labs a call today and unfortunately must agree that the lady that took the phone call was so rude and unprofessional and hung up on me twice when I was asking a few questions on best way to speak to David. I called back a third time and another lady answered which was a lot more professional and took down my details for someone to get back to me. I explained that If i was a potential customer and the way the first lady was blatantly rude as she was then I sure as heck would think twice about doing business with Aurora. If this is a representation of the company then i am afraid that i have little or no faith in Aurora. You can tell a lot about a company just by a phone call! And yes i have invested quite a bit of cash in Aurora.
