I believe that the company has breached its continuous disclosure requirements to the ASX and share holders regarding the Nicanda Hill project which was only sneakily announced today within rhe share purchase plan announcement. This should have been a stand alone price sensitive announcement at the time they knew about it because the project is major asset of the company. Why did the ASX not pick up this all directors /management and the ASX should be held accountable for this.
