Cooperative Action

Personally I am looking for a fair offer price for my modest holding, 23000. In my view that would be at the top of the Independant valuation,1.24, leaving me with a paper loss and chalking another dud up to experience. I'm questioning how/if it is possible for us holdouts to band together with Manipur/user et al to get over that 10% block. If we come up short it will be all for nothing. Does Manipur have the deep pockets to hold it buy order>84c until it reaches 10% itself or the sellers completely run dry. I have extra funds available personally to increase my holdings but its crystal ball gazing right now.
