RG may just be happy with the number of shares he was able to acquire. To get 35%+ more of the company at a bargain price sounds pretty successful to me! Hopefully he will abandon takeover plans and put his focus back on getting the company thriving. And the Loscam auction that he was so interested in
I don’t understand why he would need to own 100% of PACT?
