IMHO,
1. If we had a reasonable offer in the first instance, then it would have been a done deal.
2. a reasonable offer considering the independent valuation would have been some where north of $1
3. I can't see the deal slipping away when only 4% is required - the costs would be huge.
So what if there is a capital raising as per the letters - we will purchase more LOL - as a percentage of our total portfolio, the dilution of a capital raising will be SFA - The dilution of 86% will be more!
