I would completely ignore the valuation range provided during this whole takeover process. It's in our human nature to anchor our thinking to the range provided.
In my personal opinion, RG has been positioning this business to look a bad as possible ahead of the takeover process and its associated valuation. I would need to sees a share price of well over $3 to even consider selling.
