I keep saying this whole process has undermined shareholders, let’s face it since the first ridiculous offer was made, which was promptly rejected by the IBC, then to offer a smidgen more and was then subsequently unanimously and promptly accepted by the IBC of whom some took a major haircut on there holdings (SEE CARMEN CHUA’s AVERAGE ON 210 000 SHARES SHE OWNED) value seemed more than well orchestrated plan from the start.
Like I have mentioned before this whole process needs to be looked at by ASIC!
