Hang on...I do know who you refer to about threatening management. He is a truck driver and he speaks in the vernacular as truck drivers do. I know he is a nice guy who is completely underwater because of this management and speaks like he does out of sheer frustration. He will attend the AGM and he will not be happy at all but I can certainly put a hand on my heart and say he would not touch a person or act violently.

Its just hypocritical. You can't say that people are not allowed to attack others yet condone it as admin when people do (whether its management or not) by doing nothing, even now you are basically condoning the actions of the member you identified above by saying he wouldn't do anything. So that makes it ok does it?
