i can see what Bob is trying to do with this company and I think you just need to remind yourself all this transformation has been done in 3-4 months since he has been in charge. he has transformed our product into something that the ceramic market knows and will always have a demand for. he spoke in Sydney about getting every product validated so it takes the guess work out of the negotiation and the end user knows exactly what they are buying. this takes time. if he was on board this time last year I believe our MC would be a lot stronger today. once the validations are completed and he has a product that can be recognised by people around the world the BoA's, investors and cornerstones will see the value and this company will start the climb back to its true potential. first step is the UDFS which I am expecting some strong numbers to show what the first stage of our company can do before opening up all the stages and tenements in the future. i am hoping the BOD get it right this time (or stay out if it)and not use an "ultra conservative" approach as this is what put us into todays mess with no communication. in saying that if the BOD let Bob create his vision and don't get in his was I believe we could be in for good things in our future. just my opinion.
