It's a completely different market. The NZ business is going quite well. The AU consumer business has suffered for a number a reasons - strategy, but mostly the NBN economics not stacking up and intense competition.
I'm hoping for 425-475m~ but the issue is VOC isn't in a strong position to negotiate and the bidders will know the situation they are in and will hope to get a bargain.
