It is only hidden from shareholders - there is a whole process management can see , participate and communicate with various authorities.

It is not a conspiracy it is a process - it is just not transparent to shareholders. Ads a shareholder you are investing in management and management skill to navigate the process . SPL have chosen a pathway and ....................................we can see the results to date. Biggest problem is expectations of forum posters who believe they know what they are talking about and gee other naive posters up with high expectations and possibly doing it for their own financial gain.( pumping)

AS for posters and their held / not held position ( assuming they are honest) there is no problem with being honest about an investment and being congratulatory or critical depending on expectations. Different people have different knowledge and different investment strategy however they are happy to participate in a forum for greater knowledge and understanding in a civil manner . Some posters understand that a random post critical of a company with factual information debunking pumping posts or misleading information doe snot change the share price as well researched normal investors will have considered facts not gone down every conspiracy rabbit hole. Is the system perfect - no. Would I look at management rather than authorities first in regards to approval issue - yep every time.

Some posters can get over their confirmation bias of being owners and understand a logical conversation understanding a stock doesn't stand in isolation but is part of a overall marketplace where there is competition and regulation etc.
