Sydney I am using actual figures and referred to the latest FY company valuations and made some realistic assumptions ($150 mill write down) to guesstimate and hopefully arrive close to the current equity NAV.

So that makes me irresponsible ?

Please note as Scottport mentioned ..
Even though i estimated a current equity value of $800 mill (about 50 cents/share) there is some risk that still remains with VPG (a reduced risk post DUKE) .. so a 15 cents - 20 cent risk adjusted valuation makes sense.

Is that being responsible enough for you ?
