, the assets for Europe also included the goodwill and management rights for European portfolio of $210 mill.
We know these management rights are retained by VPG.
This $210 mill asset should therefore be transferred to the current VPG assets - effectively the Asia Pacific Portfolio ,before you conduct the 10-15% write down,
