My Questions (noting he will only allow 2 per SH..........)
Can the CEO confirm that the submission to the FDA regarding the rejection of Vivagel, will be made prior to her departure and how long is a reply anticipated?
Can the chair explain why the CEO requires to be incentivised with another 1m shares to assist the company, when the CEO already has 5m shares ,isn't Dr Fairlay already invested in its success?
Can the CFO state which product, Viraleze or Vivagel generated the most income and from which region?
Can the company secretary state the current shareholdings of the institutional investors, Allen Grey, FIL and M & G investment?
Mr Thomas on your appointment in June 2014 as chair the share price was 53c, today it is 13c, in 2021 (at June 30) it was $1.50, what are you going to priortise in the next year to return value to shareholders?
In relation to the recent announcement regarding the issuance of shares to Mr Cahill, the link attached to that notice related to performance over three years to June 2023, yet Mr Cahill only joined in April 2023, wh did he receive the same number of shares as other executives who had completed the full 3 years?
Can the CFO estimate by $'s or % the change for the next year in the cash burn, currently 13.5m?
