    Sorry, I was being sarcastic. I think the share price going down is entirely due tot he ineptitude of management and BOD. It's not due to those excuses they trotted out.

    SPL is so cheap but clearly management can't communicate the story. If they could the share price would be higher and there would be strong demand from other institutions when one was forced to sell. Institutions clearly just don't believe them.
