They have 48 employees listed on LinkedIn (including board). With these recent hires looks like they will push passed 50.
JK has recently said that costs are remaining stable and relative. I would take word relative in the context it was said to mean relative to revenue/growth.
So the continuing job creation to me is a strong indicator of continued revenue growth.
