The reason people would want to jump ship is they were under the impression 30c was a given. so they looked elsewhere to invest in the next cpl of months and found some good potentials. I was willing to go to production, but if this deal falls through then it puts serious doubt in my mind as to managements competency.
I was looking at reinvesting into LYC, any other ppl have some good potentials they were eyeing up?
