class action of SPX sh against VMC? hmmm. for what reason? because SPX sp went down south due to this litigation?

SPX sp went down because of the lack of confidence by its shareholders on this litigation.
If all SPX sh are confident that they gonna win it, they will not sell and panic.

think about it, if SPX wins, sp should go up right?
I would assume, it should go back up.

so what class action SPX is for if sp went back up?

If SPX sp go down south even more even they win the case and still didn't get back SH confidence. Imho it's not VMC's fault at all.

Market speaks... and VMC have no control over it.
