Gidday Red, I think your spot on mate as that is how I read it as well. I could feel the excitement that he was holding back. There was a few lines spoken where he gave a indication (in my mind) that the numbers being crunched are good positive numbers at this stage. Tony also stated they are also in current discussions with sporting bodies and others in how they could roll the app out. Anyway I will hold my excitement in until we get the results as I have been disappointed over the previous years but I do believe they are on the right track now.
