Because the boards do not know what the opening price will be your broker will probably not accept opening orders - mine doesn't.
The best you can do is be active on the listing/float day and buy at market then. They do not always float on market open, sometimes later.

Market conditions have changed since the placement was held, and from my experience this has even affected stocks I hold which financially have performed well because they fight and protect against Covid 19.

On listing day, as another poster suggested weak hands may look to sell but there look to be many interested also.
I would avoid trading this for at least the first few hours after float unless prices dive, which it does not appear they will. There is significant interest in this one.
