@Jrowl1 that 'gentleman' is so annoying in his constant need to affirm what he is saying, that I suspect he is not even close to knowing what intelligence is.
His condemnation of whole nations as 'crapholes' (England, America) shows he has never stuck his nose outside the U.S. or even lived in England.
It is a shame that the 'half-educated' - who are educated enough to use modern media- can spruik their nonsense into the world.
The reason I clicked on was, that I was hoping for some wisdom on 'Veganism'. I am not a Vegan, but am interested the how and what for, because I have realised that we all eat too much meat, which has to be 'produced' which production methods are often very sad for the animals concerned but also damaging to the world. Hence my interest.
But no, a tirade against anything in America, the world, the education system, followed - I didn't listen to the end.
Just as few responses:
I am glad I had a chance to go to school - I began making my own judgments, had my own thoughts at about age 10, 11 - even have a surviving essay to prove that I knew, there was a message out there in all that teaching, I then thought it was a good thing, to be a law-abiding citizen. I still think that; it is what keeps the internal and external 'barbarian' at bay, possibly attracts him/her in the first place.
I believe in assessing everything that comes my way - some things like medical I will trust my doctor with - but I know he is only human, too, has motivations, is part of a system, which is partly designed to keep the medical profession etc. busy - I know all that. It's always been like this, we do things, work at things, which will guarantee us an income. This is the communal deal we have all signed up for - and it seems to work alright, otherwise there wouldn't be 9 billion of us.
I have recently made a decision against good medical advice, but
I made that decision, if it is wrong I will bear the consequences, and it is nothing to do with Covid vaccination - I have had 5 of them and am surviving well.
