Wrong. Time frame for the slow to act TGA has not ‘come and gone’ as you suggest. 19th July was 5 weeks ago. We could still be waiting for up to another 3 weeks for the regulator. Even then all they are prepared to say is a decision is LIKELY between 4 to 8 weeks. The ball is squarely in their court.Thanks to Starlink for providing the above info.
