Can't speak about PRR Ramses, but with NEN, I mean, essentially there you were dealing with a severe lack of transparency vis a vis an unknown quantity, and I don't think that applies to PBT. There are already hard results out re: efficacy, it's just about how good, and whether it's enough to get FDA (and, given the dearth of effective treatments, it should be). Seems PBT2 should at the very least be a mild success, where NEN was always at the mercy of the unknown quantity being the tenements.

You only live once - this is a gamble I'd regret not taking!
