Production is only approx 10kt/pa for a plant reportedly able to produce at 22kt/pa.
So which is it? Lack of demand resulting in a focus on marketing activities to try to increase market share and increase demand when only producing to order or is it problems optimizing throughput at the LAMP, or is it problems with production, or both?
At this point it appears Lynas has some serious problems that are killing any prospect of making profits so they are just hanging on by the finger tips with a debt hurricane coming their way. Does anyone really believe there won't be casualties?
