These performance shares are extremely fair - the revenue targets are miles away from where we are now. Possibly some of the fairest ever issued in an ipo.
Amp is a big potential win mate, one of the biggest financial services companies in the country.
These financial services crowds need these products. As mentioned before insurance is harder and harder to sell given changes in the industry. Mental health and back exclusions are becoming commonplace on many policies being written.
I think punters are very harsh here. Commercial world is tougher then we think. Nationwide is huge - they have attracted other big names and hired some of the best.
