Agree totally with what you are saying, has been my thoughts previously.

Now however given that such developments/trials etc are nearing completion and before I sink more into this company I thought I would ask directly. I may get the answers as you suggest but at least I will have sought the info. As the numerous directors etc are all privy to such info and they are free to hold and trade then I see it as only reasonable that we are also given a glimpse into the commercial agreements in place.

Would not expect the finer details but at the very least a rough overview of how the agreements work is expected. Does IMC receive payments?, on what basis? etc. Does IMC hold the rights to commercialise the compounds for public use? etc. etc. Or, would the DoD who to be fair has and is doing the heavy lifting simply turn around and shut IMC out entirely. Not entirely outside the realm of the DoD.

For interest I have emailed Steve to ask for some disclosure to the market. I'll await a response.
