The entire Board of Directors, the Chair, the CEO and the Executives should not only lose their jobs but they should have the maximum clawback of all their remuneration and face the full consequences of the law.
All the Board Directors should be disqualified from being a Director in AUstralia for five years and should have this recorded on their record such that they never become a director of a public company again.
