re: don't get left out! The judges ruling at the markman hearing said something about the 2 parties (GTG and Applera) having to report back to the court within 21 days regarding their negotiations. They may not at that stage actually have an agreement re: fees, but that maybe the next we hear about Applera.
Apparently GTG is not likely to be ready to list on the Nasdaq in the next couple of months. Perhaps that will work out for the best. If they can sign up some revenues, create some hype in the US, a Nasdaq listing on the back of that could = PAYDAY for GTG investors/traders.
Heres hoping, I hold.
