Following the recent investor presentations I’ve been looking into some of the competitors to understand their strengths and weakness etc along with their respective valuations.

I noted the following:
- Uneeq in 2018 had revenues of $4m and a valuation of $40m and now looks to be valued at $99m based on a CB insights report.
-Soul Machines have revenue of approximately $40m and a MC estimated to be $280-420m

Both these companies have revenue multiples of 7-10 while Crowd is sitting at 3.
With $6m in annual revenue + Positive operating cashflow + Zero debt + just signed on a Big 5 tech company.

My personal view is it should be at least a $30-35m MC or 5.5c SP.
