The SA government are currently reworking mining regulations.
They are publishing drafts of regulation updates associated with approvals in August.

I guess the question is ... how long from receiving feedback in August/September will it take for the SA govt to enact new regulations?
The Mining ACT was updated in 2016 and now they are updating the Regulations - which is the detail for the operation of the ACT.
The SA government are currently reworking mining regulations....
