I think Noel's head was about to explode towards the end...
Comments like
"you have too much on" and
"you can't win them all"
IMO he seemed a little overwhelmed with all the opportunities that Andromeda now has...
I got the impression JM was going to win them all (well most) and then some.

For me, focus has definitely shifted from reliance on one (or a small group of countries) as customers.
IMO the product offering has expanded too.
JM was always exploring the markets and uses of the product.
COVID-19 has forced many a company to rethink their strategy and compress timelines to implementation. Can't be sure if COVID-19 had this effect on Andromeda but IMO in a short space of time JM has found many more market opportunities and end product options than was previously understood.

The Andromeda Galaxy just expanded a little.
