I'm continually surprised at CSL's ability to generate outstanding returns on the capital they spend on R&D, I haven't overlooked it.
However, CSL was trading at 43x earnings last year (similar to what it is trading at now) when it got to around $230, it eventually pulled back to $170 (32x earnings, 28x forward earnings). It's not unreasonable to think this could happen again.He's not bagging CSL, he's responding to the OP who stated "CSL has more upside". He's merely saying that the valuation is already on the high side.
