Force people to sell into them at 0.018 or 0.017, let it go up a pip or two and then dump the stock back to their chosen accumulation level, and then rinse, wash and repeat. Easy money with how this stock currently sits. There will likely be many more wicks.

I agree with you, this needs a volume event to break the play being made here, and with CXZ being shy on releasing news or any form of update, this game may go on for a while.
