You do know they only pay for 75% of the costs.
The reason for the higher CAPEX is because they will be earning DOUBLE the margin on Coatings & Polymers compated to ceramics and OPEX will be LOWER than stated in the PFS.
You didn't know the plant would cost more due to an incoming BOA for PRM, you were just scare mongering with your gang trying to push the price down to the CR price. So don't come on here like you were some mesiah. We all know who and what you are.
