wasn't it Austrac fear? I don't recall bad sentiment in regards to the company itself. It was more external factors. There was that Austrac investigation into BNPL and I recall some copyright court case regarding the "zip" company name. Not sure what the outcome of that was. All was short lived, and got buried in good news.
