I was shocked, but this is what was said.
How management have only just started looking into this is amazing. Build a plant and produce product, then discover this?
People shopuld stop being so defensive of management and start pushing for some more strength on the management side.
I am so misunderstood, I think the management is incompetent from a business persective, but they have their place in the Company where their expertise lies.
