If all the stocks were such sure things then this board should have around a hundred millionaires posting. There is never such a thing as sure bet with stocks. Sometimes the biggest Dogs have the most upside, that is why one Dog stock QTK has caught my attention, it looks like absolute crap with no volume and has had a sustained sell off. But if you understand the latest announcements that they are dealing with Tyco (one of the biggest NYSE listed companies) then it could come out smelling like Roses.
