At the AGM in 2022 JF replied to my question that they had discontinued the initiative to take it into the clinic.

Their announcement regarding commercial discussions with potential partners was made close to 10 years ago to the best of my knowledge and if they now decided to proceed into the clinic it would likely be 3 to 4 years before any product would be on the market. Thus leaving a very short period before the patent expires.

This is not particularly viable imo.
