Below is a comment on MEB thread from a contributor I respect (Julia ) - "The only thing I might mention when reading the FDA 510(k) manual is that the 90 days is classified as 90 FDA days, so that excludes holidays and weekends. I anticipate that the announcement may be slightly later than 29 July but either way it should be soon."
There is no guarantee that the FDA approval is due this week, if in doubt go to the MEN thread.
