FHE has a good story.

TA showing sustained volume increase over the last few weeks, but still fairly low TO. The most recent leg up had a lot of selling, then when it turned down, more buying. I put it down to insto accumulation, even though it's atypical. You can see the inverted cum delta in the lower pane (normally it matches price direction). Wouldn't be surprised to see a new substantial holder notice soon. Res at 36, then free of overhead until 53.5.
