60,000 Acres land is going for about $3000-$4000 per acre so that gives a value of 200million ? 300million
EMR have 45% interest which is gives them nice 100million worth of land for 15million dollar deal?
Sounds good although will be interesting the SP for 10million + 5 million in Shares
