You'd be surprised how many stocks go dormant for months and trickle down on low volume due to impatience and low liquidity before one announcement sends it rocketing 100% and then every tom dick and harry start buying into it. The people who make the most are the ones buying when no one wants it or is talking about it at a base, and just wait patiently without a boo.
Like I keep saying IXC will have its day. Frustrating yes, am I deep in the red, yes, do I care, no, believe in the process.
